Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by HiBar Cleaning Solutions ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or receiving any of our services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by the following Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide residential and commercial:
Pressure Washing
Soft Washing
Window Cleaning
Additional services may be available upon request and subject to separate agreement.
2. Scheduling and Access
All appointments must be scheduled in advance.
The Customer must provide clear and safe access to all areas scheduled for cleaning, including access to water and electrical outlets if necessary.
If access is not available or unsafe, service may be rescheduled or canceled at our discretion.
3. Preparation Responsibilities
Before service, the Customer agrees to:
Remove all fragile, decorative, or valuable items from areas being serviced.
Close all windows and doors securely.
Notify us of any pre-existing damage or delicate areas of concern.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from failure to properly prepare the area.
4. Assumption of Risk and Limitations
While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, biological growth, or imperfections.
Older surfaces or materials may be susceptible to damage. The Customer assumes all risks associated with cleaning aged or compromised surfaces.
We are not liable for any damage to improperly installed, maintained, or deteriorated surfaces or equipment.
5. Water and Power Usage
The Customer agrees to provide access to on-site water and electricity unless otherwise agreed upon. The cost of usage is the responsibility of the Customer.
6. Weather Conditions
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather, including heavy rain, high winds, or freezing temperatures. We will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at the earliest availability.
7. Pricing and Payment
Quotes are based on information provided at the time of estimate. Additional charges may apply for areas not originally disclosed or excessive buildup.
Payment is due in full upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.
We accept credit card and cash payments.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service. We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue.
10. Liability Waiver
By agreeing to receive services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to:
Release and hold harmless HiBar Cleaning Solutions from any liability related to incidental damage unless caused by negligence.
Allow before-and-after photos for quality assurance and marketing purposes (unless otherwise requested in writing).
11. Insurance
We are fully insured for all pressure washing, soft washing, window cleaning, and any services relating to painting and staining. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
